My idea on how to deal with hackers

I don't know if anyone has thought of this or has brought it to anyone else's attention but I have just thought of a pretty good idea as to how we all deal with the very frequent hacking players.

Now my idea is to have a button at the end of a game that sends the replay directly to Z8Games so they can deal with the hacker(s) then and there instantly.

This would improve the game by about 347% by my calculations, yes it might mean you will need to hire a few more people to sit around watching videos all day confirming hackers and banning them on the spot but this will bring Z8Games a lot more money in the long run considering so many people have left this game just because of the number of hackers in this game, which is ridiculous by the way.

If you were able to send it directly to Z8, it would take even longer for them to process them since there would be so many.

And this is why I said they will need a to hire some more people, as for the math it is correct lol I went through it many times in my head and came up with the same answer every time.

Support is already flooded with hack reports, most of which are false.
Having a in game report would only flood it with more false reports.

In every game I play at least half of the enemy team swears I'm hacking, If they got a in game report that be 4+ reports on me per game I play flooding support.

This game has 750,000+ accounts that favorite the CrossFires Facebook page.
If only half of those are active, and 1% report from that half...
That is 3,250 reports a day if they only report 1 person a day.
Each report takes 10-15 minutes to review.
10 minutes times at least 3,250 equals 32,500 minutes a day of reports being added minimum.
How many people are dedicated to just the hack report staff? My guess is around 10.
So each person has about 3,250 minutes or 54 hours of reports to go through a day.
They only have a standard 8 hour work day, that means they have 46 hours of reports back logged a day.

Having a in game report would dramatically increase the number of reports. They need about 70 people right now just to handle the amount of reports they get now. 70 People dedicated to just report reviewing. And that is assuming that only 1% of the player base report exactly 1 report a day.

Support is to under staffed to handle the reports they have now, adding a in game report would only increase the work load.

You can keep on dealing with them but they will stay. In every game you have hackers. even in COD you have a bunch of them. So i say there is really not that much to do against them

The moment this was implemented, BRs and Turks that don't hack would report every single person that has a KDR higher than theirs, which would cause an overload in reports for the people at Z8 that review reports.

Higher KDR? They would just report everyone that higher then them in the game standings.
Got to love the insane number of players that go 0/13+ in a game accusing everyone that kills them of hacking.

seriously, who says that z8games can't deal with all the reports?

I know only a few people who report, and most of the guys who say that they are going to report you don't do it anyway.

I think z8games has only 2 or 3 guys who look at all the reports and that's the reason why they can't handle it. I don't think they have a lot of guys who do that work.
