Whenever i finish my first game and try to open up another program like google chrom cf wont go to the backround it always stays in the front of everything even if i try and press al+tab it still doesnt work can anyone please help me?

I have the same problem lately, and don't make a post just to ask why someone would want to open something in the background honestly, its like asking why someone doesn't like a certain kind of food or why people do the things they do, maybe some people just like things a certain way? I'm sure a lot of people open a browser while having crossfire open for a number of reasons.
