in game loading errors

am wondering when you guys are gonna fix those damm ingame loading erros cause am getting sick and tired off having to log back in every 3 out of 5 games and then when i log back in getting a your account is blocked for 0 days and 0 hours so i have to relog again every new patch you guys bring out whe get the same crap when are you guys gonna get it right from the first try or is that to muck to ask in my opinion i dont think so but yet you always find a way to give us problems after a patch
