Is there a new ranking system (or glitch) for Ace scoring?

I played a match this morning and I had the highest number of kills yet the Golden Ace was awarded to a player with less kills. Just wondering if this was a glitch or a new ranking system.




Anyone seen something like this before?

i've seen the same score people being given to people below but not that. kinda random

He got the bonus xp too, which isn't fair.
