Mouselag :/

Randomly my mouse will mouselag and spike my ping up for a few seconds then go back to normal, Its constantly doing this and I cant play xD

I frapsed a video , It doesnt start lagging till 0:06 then goes back to normal after.

On a side note, Ive tried gamebooster, and a few different mouses.. Its not the mouse.
