Actually the dragunov can kill in one shot but it has to be a shot to the chest or head. Most times it does 95% - 98% damage if you hit them in the mid area or the shoulder. If i am rong please correct me.

Draggy seems to just lose a little power once you're a certain distance because I've 1 shot people in the stomach.

dragunov is good for short and mid range, at long range has less power+accuracy
