i get what your saying 1x, but heres the rest of your analogy..

after the package is said to be shipped, they find a problem, they then send a note to whoever the package is supposed to go to, stating that the item in the said package has been DELAYED, back ordered for this matter.

they then have to take it back, before it gets in the hands of whoever its going to, and fix it, so it can be 100% right, and the new package owner can be happy.
