When the entire event is over, not when you complete 6 missions.

I'm sure at the end of the 12 day events you will receive the Axe if not sooner.
You're not the only one with the problem, i haven't received the red smoke or the Axe, but looking backward to other events, they've fixed the problem, and later i've received the reward, so please be patient

12 Days of Holiday surprise FAIL!!!

it began on the second day(patch day)... i have logged in at 4 am, and til 7 pm, i have logged more than 30 times!! and the reward? I tried to get it till it was so late, that I had to sleep (21:00), but there was always said "You didn't log in at this time"
But what annoys me MOST! are the two gatling which I have missed!
Cuz I really tried even, an hour later after me "go-to-bed-time" (22:00) and all I get wasnt a reward but this message --> "Sorry, error occurred when operate database, please contact us"
How can i contact you? And it doesnt matter for me if you have got an error in your database

I JUST WANT TO GET MY REWARD!!

can you fix that pls?
otherwise it would be unfair, cuz i really spent much time, on gettin "nothin'".

and claim it till it says congratulations?
do you know when you finish the event you must go right on that link and claim the prizes.Its so pure and simple i allready did every event and i did get the rewards.So pls check it next time.If it must press it 40 times till it says congratulations you claim the price now login.

I know how day 8 it says 50 kills in a handgun only room, but on the reward page it just says 50 handgun kills so... im confused now. Can it be in any mode or just in handgun only rooms?

srsly m66 handgun again? stupidest event ever cant even make new events only th same all time z8 idiots can only make more client errors -.- and of course not to mention monesy stealing for zp,never won a crate weapon....

No one is forcing you to do the event and receive FREE items.

Nor are they forcing you to spend money on the game, its all a personal choice. If you don't like the missions/rewards then don't do them.

Has anyone had problems with the USP? I just got 50 kills with the USP, but none of my kills have been recorded It says i have 0 handgun kills

Did you get your 50 kills in a PISTOL ONLY room?

If you get pistol kills in a room with ALL weapons permitted, it won't count.

I didn'gt get a "Congratulation for completing our task. Now you may log in to claim your rewards" on Day 6!!! And believe me i tried so many times! But all they have written me was:"Sorry, error occurred when operate database, please contact us" If you didn't get this message be happy, cuz im NOT!...-.-

Yes i got all kills in a pistol only room I'm not that pro getting 50 Kills with USP in all weapon room xD

I had 38 kills showing on the event page. So I went into a few pistol only rooms and got some more kills, including one which I had almost 60 kills, but now it says I only have 35 kills.

Ive gotten around 150 pistol kills but it only says 35 -_-

For those having problems with the kill problem, wait for like an hour or 2, then retry again It's because it doesn't automatically update the kills straight away, hence the reason there are no kills shown

Just try again later. As long as you completed the mission, you will be rewarded; be patient.

I've been patient for more than 5 hours?
I have finished the mission long time ago.
And it's not the first time, this happens, I've missed 2 more events, cuz of this error.

but the biggest problem is, i have make over 100 pistol kills in only pistl rounds. but i get what? no. this messege is come:

of course I did! I'm not stupid!
I take the smallest notes seriously which the GM's write in their missions!
And I never asked stupid question in this forum like "From which time to which time do we have do log in" when it's already said in his note!

But it annoys me really getting this error message, without getting any reward, and I didn't get Gatling Gun Crates as well.

Its jsut annoying waiting 5 hours, when you kno, you've made ur task well.
