Send Error Report

Hey I have about 2 weeks since this error: Send Error Report.
And sometimes an error message from X-Trap:

code Field
30-0400-00000000-514
The game file is not normal or abnormal memory access has to been detected.

I have no idea what that means.

The error often happens with the report when I'm in the storage or Scroll down and watch games and then decreases after the window is black and there is Send Error Report or Cancel Ok no matter what you do with Cf closes.

I hope you can help me and if anyone had the same problem and have solved it would be nice to help me.

I've been getting this error very frequently. I believe it might be Windows 7 64bit. It works fine on my computer with Windows XP.
