Recap of Days 4 and 5
Day 4
We woke up early, went to eat breakfast. We met Lifeline on the way there, and they told us to "Bring our A game", but I guess they ended up forgetting theirs. We ate breakfast. Garrett consumed the place. We went back to our rooms, and we got our stuff and went over to the Bexco center. We set up and practiced a little in TDs, and then played our games against Lifeline. On Black Widow, we struggled on T side, only winning 5-4, but we stepped up on ct side and ended up winning 5-0. We then played Ankara, and we played our spots badly and lost 10-7. On port we were able to win T side 7-2, and we ended up winning 10-4/5. We all had our moments. We then went to eat, and just chilled for the rest of the day. Then Brandon and Tyler bought alcohol, and Tyler threw up.
Day 5
We all met up in the morning, except Tyler, and went to eat breakfast. Then we went in search of Tyler. We found him lying in bathroom, not feeling too good. We gave him some pills, but it just made him feel worse. We waited a bit, hoping he would feel better, but he didn't. We got up on stage, with Tyler burying his face in a trash bag, and installed our equipment. We then started our match, and we expected less of them, because they didn't seem too great when we watched them in group play. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything of what we thought they would do, and just ended up making fools of ourselves on the big screen. We were very upset, so we grabbed some McDonalds. Now we're counting our cash, and laughing at the troll posts on the forums.
In case you guys don't know, this version of Crossfire we played seemed a lot different. We all felt heavier, and didn't seem to jump as high, and the game felt slower, almost laggier, than our own version. Headshots were much harder , whether it was the 27 inch monitors, or just the game, or maybe us, we don't know. We definitely had a very fun time overall, and while the trolls are bashing us, we'll be going 2 more lans. #boatsnhoes.
We were definitely not prepared for China, since the only practice we ever got was against Trio, and pvp minecraft servers. We're hoping that maybe some good players can actually help us practice for our next competition.
We have only been together for 2 months with this lineup, unlike other teams, and have placed higher than all other versions of Crossfire in our first lan, besides China. We will continue to play together, and we will be better next time around.
Thanks to our supporters, and to those who understand how lan changes games. Don't feel the need to reply to trolls, we don't play games.

Good job boys, yall made* me proud.
I think the best part of all of this was when the camera was scrolling from the right to left of the players from HT, once they got to umad they had to move the camera upwards to actually see his whole face. LOL
2nd place for your first LAN event? ezpz. gl in future. -
