well said. Chinese people has a small competitive "section" in each part of china and have tournaments as often as they can, which gives them more practice on a higher lvl of gameplay. The best one coming out of all of these sectors is suppose to be comparatively a bit higher lvled than the other regions.

All my rage. Coming from probably the worst player in all of CF NA, HT played pretty awfully. Their aim wasn't all there, their gamesense was low, and they made some horrible split-second decisions. Go ahead and call me out on being worse than them; I already know that.
HOPEFULLY HT pulls a miracle.
