OT: Make sure you can purchase items with the card, try it within a store, or through an online store.
If there is no issue with other purchases, and only through Z8's payment page.. please send a support ticket under Account >Billing / Purchases to figure out if there is a problem on their end.
Also contact your credit card issuer (bank usually) to figure out why you cannot make a certain purchase to a certain website. -

Which ZP purchase amount are you (and the OP) attempting to do?
I'm not even going to ask if you input the information correctly, cause you'll probably go ballistic and QQ rage some more
Have you submitted a ticket yet? You should file it under Account >> Billing / Purchases.
Remember, since this is Friday, more than likely your ticket won't be viewed until Monday, as Support does not work on the weekends.
