main acc has been banned for 7 days for the infamous error (hack tool detected) when i have no cheats on this pc whatsoever. and never will. what am i supposed to do now?

wait out the 7 days, sometimes if you get more than 3 hack tool detected you get a 1 week ban, so if you get 1 hack tool message, do not logon for at least 15 mins.

you can also try submitting a ticket to z8, sometimes they unban, but I hear it's rare

it isn't rare. It is due to players unwilling to actually go that route to dispute a ban, which is in their right to be heard.

Nobody on the forums can help you in this matter sizzla35753. Please send a support ticket under Crossfire >> Complaints to understand better how exactly you were banned and to maybe get it unbanned if you can prove to them you weren't hacking.
