Clan Points Not Being Credited

What is the current issue cause a few of my clan members are not getting there clan points. They get 5000k and only get 4 - 7 points. Seems to me there is a bug in this system and i believe my clan deserves to be getting there points.

Any answers or solutions?

I get my 5000 and never seem to have an issue with my 10 so....

well you could easily be misinterpreting the situation just because you see 400 exp a game your probally round that to 500 meaning by the time you think you have 5000 you would be 1000 or so points short of 10 clan points a day i highly doubt you sit their with a calculator and add up all your points daily so i just suggest playing more games because the gm's have more problems than clan points to work on atm like black screening , hackers , bugs in game , crashing game rooms before your kicked .. etc...

um well if you paid attention there is a new feature in the player info where you can see how many points you have got for the day or last 7 days...

and when my buddy clears 15000exp for a day i see a problem if he only gets 7 Clan points for that kinda BS if you ask me....

and calculator its basic math can do it in my head as i play matches when i average a clan point a game no need to really count is there

on my stats for yest i got 4500 or just over exp but not a single clan point, i would really like this looking at, i believe it cost us a rank also not happy

Those stats aren't the same.
CP get decided by continuous play, ie, getting 400 and then joining another match and getting 100.
Getting 400, closing CF, and then getting 100 more doesn't count.


Also
15 000 IS 7 CP.

I didn't get my CPs for a week already. But oh well, I don't care that much.
Just saying that, indeed, there is a bug.

Also
15 000 IS 7 CP.

lol go back to school and try again

15000/500=30

15000 Divided By 500 Equals 30

15000 ÷ 500 = 30

which from all three of those equations you get 30 Clan Points.(With A limit Of 10 a Day Only 5000exp counts)

So ya try again......

theres no problem with it
the clan point system is behind.
So say u get 3000exp on sun. u get 6cps today.
thats how it worked for me. i didnt play 1 day and i got 7cp from the day i played last week

I'm up when the clan server goes down and still up when it goes back live... so i see it credit the points. Members get there points before the leaders get there points there is a delay in the leader update.. but this is besides the point of the issue I'm trying to get solved here.....

you should also know that exp doesnt stack
so if u log out at 499 and get back on, u need 500exp to get a point(this includes dcs and black screen)

You are wrong.I close my game 3to4 times a day and im only on to get my 10 a day.when I check my stats it says over 5000 exp made im done.I get credited 10 points.
And where do you get that 15000 exp is 7 cp lol. 5000 exp is 10 clan points.
Every 500 exp is 1 clan point

ok now this thread is going somewhere.

For example:

- I log on and gain 2564 exp.

- I log out.

- I log back in gain 2579.

- I log back out.

- Equals 5143 from both logins.

Will that gain me my 10 clan points for the day?

Yes domes this is the way ive done it since ive played. I have never missed a day of getting 10 cp ever and ive never had this problem. I always log off/crash multiple times a day and I check my stats and it shows the exp is over 5000 im done for the day..I have always been credited for my 10

same with me but it seems that some my clan mates are not getting there 10 CP after clearing 13k - 15k. Which is really starting to **** my members off.

Why dont it stack.Exp is counted from the time you start the game. If you log out after 1 game and earned 430 exp and log in again and earn 70exp in a td match thats 500 exp=1 clan point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
