Hmmm sometimes they mess up on a ban after alll were all only human. If it is a hacker like the reason said it should be a permanent ban. I'll see what I can do to get that fixed. Thanks for bring it to my attention.

It's probably a typo.

There is no need to just call it out as some sort of failure. Simply point it out to a GM and they will look into it. At the very least there will be a logical explanation attached to it.
