can u tell me some proggrams where i can play better and faster in cf?

coz in this last week my fps is low 20 21 22 24..

okay this could be due to multiple problems and most fps boosting programs actually lower your fps "wierd i know" but make sure to go to ctrl + alt + delete and click on processes make sure no programs such as itunes , limewire , your anti virus programs make sure none of them are running and in game turn down your graphics to low and 16 bit and dont use special effects this will give you more fps and lower your ping :]
