I'm sure it doesn't matter that they RQed after banks started the match. Which we said "no" to them saying "restart". Their stand on the situation was... "We started before 8:20 so doesn't count as the match" (NOT EXACT WORDS but very close to what was said). We juss didn't wanna argue and if that is a rule in the tourney. This is the absolute worst tourney to take place in any FPS game.
