Can't log in!!!!

Hi, I was trying to log into my account like every day I do, I tried to log in but it said I had an invalid password. So I tried logging in at z8games, and it said I needed to contact their customer service. I looked at the ban list and searched for my IGN: free-stuntz but it wasn't there, what's the problem!?!? I'm using my other account (this one) to explain to the forums right now, but somebody help plz!

you know, i have 2 accounts with the same problem, im sure t 100% that the pass were good, but.............z8 has once again failed

I found a link saying that if you can't log in, the accounts under investigation... I don't remember doing anything... illegal... They better not have banned me... If they did, Imma put like a dispute, cuz I've bought like 30k zp from them, and if they ban me, Imma dispute and get all my money back or somethin...
