Launcher patching error

When i try to start the game .. the launcher gives me " Connection error . Reconnecting .... " message .
and keep blinking for a few seconds .. then " Start " button appear ... when i press " Start " it gives me " Your Client is old version. Reinstall the lastest version game client "

Notes :
- this is the last version i've got from the CF Official site ..
- Internet is working normally and the announcements in the launcher appear properly.
- I did open ports for the game and nothing happens .
- I don't use any firewall program and my AV program is Avira Free Version " Without firewall "
- Windows Firewall is " Off "
- I use Winxp SP3
