CF Server maintenance 24/11/11 11pm EST (2-3 hours)
Hello,
Some of you may have noticed some site issues today. This was mainly caused by us shifting databases and web servers to more secure and better hardware locations.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. The mall is mostly working and the rest of the site should be properly fixed by the end of the maintenance today.
The Black Friday Sales will start at approx 2am EST on November 25th after the maintenance tonight.
The CF Servers will be down tonight at 11pm for a small server side patch. This patch is in an attempt to fix the reoccurring 24_9 error that some players have experienced on various maps.
The servers will be down for approximately 2-3 hours (until 2am EST) at which point the game will come back up and everything should be back to normal.
Black Friday Sales and Events will still be going on as normal, and the Thanksgiving Weekend Events will still take place as normal.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but we feel that it is important to implement this fix from the developers for this particular error.

Thanks for your patience and understanding in these matters and Have a great Thanksgiving with your friends and family!The update we did to the IP table was rolled back. We are aware that people are still having the problem, however it also seems random right now. Some people are getting the message and then trying the game again later on that day and not getting the message.
This remains one of our highest tech priorities right now, including the developers. We have sent information for over 500 different reports of this to them and we continue to work on the issue so that we can get a resolution as soon as possible.
Unfortunately as of right now the only news we can report is to try the game again. Because of what seems like the random nature of this.
We are also tracking a trend on newer accounts, so if you have an account that is older than August you are likely unaffected by this problem. Again though, it seems like it is random right now and we are still trying to track down the root cause.

ThanksGiving Events are a fail! You cannot redeem anything. Web Mall is not working as well. Clan Sites still show under maintenance.
Are you looking at the same site as us?
Some things may be working better for us internally. I apologize for making it seem like we're out of the woods, because we're definitely not.
Thanksgiving is not without its Drama! The rest of the site should be functional by the end of today. Our team has been working around the clock to get everything sorted out over the last 24 hours. -

I was trying to think of the problem and a solution to the problem.
Idk if z8 tried this already but, have you guys instead of seeing what could be fixed to erase the IP block error, look at one specific account and see what they can do to that one account to get it region enabled. Because with this, it may be possible that the solution to this one account may chain react to all other accounts.
Some people report that at random times the region error is gone and they can play and others report that they have always been region blocked.

Its what we've really been waiting for and what we really want. Its like you guys dont care people are hacking and ruining your game.

Can you fix the banned IP problem =.= cuz I didn't play a week already! -
Wish list:
1. Good Christmas crates, maybe without a reskinned M4A1.
2. A use for the 64k ZP our clan has stocked up. The revamped "group items" mall section was promised a year ago.
3. Being able to play for a few hours without getting disconnections, client errors, "hack tool detected" errors, "failed to connect to host server" errors, or, as stated above, frozen loading screens.
4. A clan page that isn't under maintenance. [COMPLETE]
