Need Help

Hey, when i start Crossfire up two dowloads pop up when i get to the login. One is called Ingame_01.htm and it is an HTML document. When i open the file a blank page comes up. The other one is called navcancl and it is an unknown file type and the file cannot be found. When i cancel the download Crossfire says Initializing Render Mode then it goes back to the login page and the downloads come up again.
I usually play Crossfire on a different computer and it works fine but it doesn't on this one.
I've never used the forums before so sorry if I did something wrong.

okay first restart ur comp
then if that does not work reinstall Cf

Here is, what you should do:
- Check, if you got the latest Graphic and Directx drivers installed
- Check, if your Windows Updates are up to date
- Try to reinstall your game
- Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.des and gameguard.mon files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation
- If you got Windows Vista / Windows 7, run the Setup and Gamestart as Administrator.
