Well happen the same with me but i did not kill it for some thing do it some more times and you might get a boss reward

I Press the check status button for the event it says Sorry.error occured database,please contact us. I killed a boss in normal mode and i cant get the item Please help!

well actually, i did my 20 escape games and i got my crates, nothing out of them worthwhile but w/e luck of the draw. It gave me the error until i got up to 19 games. I also killed the boss, but im getting the error. not sure what that is all about.
