i think one moderator should check at 08.00 the votes and the first post at 08.00 most close to the moderator number checked should be picked to raffle (this way will exclude the cheaters who try to guess only) think about that .....

average vote's / last 15 minutes = 79.53 but in last minutes was 126 votes so is not even close to average number, is no use to do the math with 1 or 2 minutes before because the real numer is far away that players will try to predict in order to be the first post at 08.00
after this long replay i only hope some admin will understand what i want to prove and reconsider the rules or find another way to check the votes (maybe the site return the number of votes evry hour or something) because i only hate cheaters !
I didn't really guess it, I refreshed the page at 7:59 and had the number of votes ready. Right before I posted. -
As I said, I didn't guess. I had the number of votes ready at 7:59. + it isn't so off. We get like 300 votes a minute. P.S even last player pickked for raffle posted a number higher with 5 units that the next 3 post (who have SAME number wath a coincidence 3 post with same number all 3 at 08.00 pm - well all 3 must be wrong ) but since the difference from numbers was only 5votes i was thinking that is possible ... servers lag ... etc but in your case is 1000 votes missing just take a look, you are around 15 to 20 minutes earlier to 08.00 (average votes / minutes was 79,5 in last 15 minutes) OR maybe u forgot to refresh the web site with votes - i guess that is a posibilites too.
p.s. in any case no matter what admins decide i will try to COPY & PASTE vote numbers at 08.00 AM or PM hoping that sometime i will succede to be picked to raffle before the event end ... the hope die last -

I'm not guessing. I reload the MMOSite page when the CF client launch reach 8:00:06. I am not sure if your clock has the exact same time of MMOSite. As MOD Hi said "don't be stupid; don't argue if you didn't post first. Common sense prevails. First come first serve.".
