But I need to understand something ... What is the objective ? Post the number of votes that is correct as close as possible from 8:00 pm, or just grab a number 1 minute bafore and post here ?
I'll give an example:
-> 08:00:01 pm '1681894 votes'
-> 08:00:03 pm '1681907 votes'
Just wondering, who wins in this practical case? Assume the 2nd option is closer from the real number of votes. -

Number 1. Because he posted it first.
It can be counted as legitimate because it's realistically close to the number of votes 2 seconds later. -
