November Patch Issues - IMPORTANT - 2 issues fixed
We are currently aware of the issues with the latest patch. The following post goes through these problems.
We are working with the developers immediately to have these issues fixed as soon as possible.
Client and Download problems have been fixed.
The Launcher should now automatically download the patch and update the game as normal. Please note that there will be a large number of users doing exactly the same thing, some disconnections are expected. Please be patient and continue to try it.
The mirrors below still work for now for those who do not want to use the launcher for this particular update.

For those who are experiencing an IP block error message please be patient. We are working on the problem and should have it fixed as soon as possible.
For those who are experiencing the "invalid item information" error, this is due to an issue with the new M4A1 S Patriot Crates. Please do not purchase these crates for the time being. We hope to have this issue fixed as soon as possible. If you purchase crates and they disappear from your account we will return all crates once the issue is over.
We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences experienced during this patch and ask for your patience while we sort them out.

for do not download again game, again 560 mb
You'll need to download the game again. Patcher is not working like it should do at the moment. Staff is obviously working on the issue, so unless you want to play a bit later you'll need to redownload the game. -

Additionally, we are looking in to players who are experiencing the IP block message. Our efforts to update the Global IP addresses to be more accurate for our restriction list has caused some people to experience an IP block message. This will be fixed immediately, please be patient while we update our restriction lists accordingly.
And lastly we are experiencing some problems with the new crate added this patch. We recommend not purchasing this crate until tomorrow to avoid any lost play time. We are looking to have this issue fixed immediately.

very bad patching!!!!
this is so disappointing!!!! nearly all day is gone n still haven't been able to patch!!!! i have one question... why do ya'll add new patches without testing them first??? and over dat ya'll tell me that i gotta download 560mb agian to play the game or wait for god knows how long more!!! this sucks!!! -

Saidin, I am convinced that you/z8 Staff will solve this big problem. But please please, don't forget about the people, who already bought the crates before they knew, that there is an issue. I am one of these guys

INVALID ITEM ISSUE:
And lastly we are experiencing some problems with the new crate added this patch. Players who purchase this crate will receive the invalid item problem. PLEASE do not purchase this crate until tomorrow to avoid any lost play time.
If you notice that crates have disappeared from your account please do not panic. We have records of all crate purchases and will make sure everyone gets the proper crates once this issue is fixed.

Download 1 tells me the page could not be found.
Download 2 tells me the operation timed out. -

It's because of the amount of people trying to download the game at the same time. Their servers can't handle it all.
