CF and past MMOs
For any of you people who play cf,did u come from other games like getting tired of them then started playing cf?i used to play a game called AirRivals and like any other MMORPG it required massive grinding....eventually i got tired of that,tho i had enough EXP to make it to nearly lvl 88 of 100,especially since using real cash unbalanced that game when quite alot of ppl used it i quit a few years after.it was during my last few months of that i found CF, lol it was still in OBT at the time.after that i got hooked on this game,and unlike Airrivals or any other MMORPG for that matter rank and exp doesn't = advantage,and believe me just a 10~lvl difference can determine whether u get 1HKOed.It actually takes skill to play CF not just muscle.

I came here from FEAR after playing it since its release in 2005 and since its squeal (FEAR 2) was a complete fail, i figured it was time to move on. Its nothing like CF, not MMO either, but I've become quite attached to this game was have been able to use old strats here.

Played Conquer online for years. Never got to the highest lvls. Just kept having many account with different classes. Played a few other MMORPG's trying to find the one that suits me. And every time got bored of the grinding and "buy cool stuff with real money to lvl up fast and pwn everyone" style of gameplay. And yes 10 lvl difference is a huge advantage on MMORPG's. On FPS game you can also rely on tactics and luck.
So CF was/is my first online FPS. And i don't think i'm going back to MMORPG's anytime soon. -

yeah i tried going back to that game i was playing b4..lol i just stoped after a week...
,my first online FPS was MOHAA aka Medal of Honor Allied Assualt but that was 5 1/2 years ago back when i still had dialup :cool: -

Hehehe, i played a Bellato lvl 48 or 49. Coras pwned me all day.
never made it to a chip war but always watched that counter for it lol..i never go into a war at any lvl on most MMORPGs until around 50~ cuz anything lower and ur just a snack for the higher ups.. -

yo mem i used to play conquer too.....i was actually very good at that game,and by very good i mean i wasted $3000 on it. -
Started FPSing with WarRock (pre-retail), then dp2 (completely different type of FPS).
Went CF February 11 and been faithful since.
Tried warrock....it was good but too many hackers u probly know what i mean,instant spawn kill,super ultra mad rapid missle/nade launchers,super jumpers,antikick hack etc.and i tried CS1.6 is that CSS?well whatever it was the gfx looked worse then Cf.... -

I left WarRock when it went retail, as they then nerfed every regular gun and OP'd the fck out of retails.
(slight resemblance to any current MMOFPS people here might be playing?)
The hackers came after that.
Also, you're most likely referring to 1.6. Source is pretty good looking. -

i had a 2rb water-warrior-trojan full 2 soc super +7.
and a ninja-ninja-ninja full 2 soc super +5 -7

and now those accounts are used for guild wars by my real life friends. -
I started off playing MUDS way back then, and Runescape, too.
After awhile, I got a Xbox for Christmas way back then (this was before Crossfire was even out in America)... and got hooked on FPS games. From that day on, I tried a favorite of FPS games from Doom to Quake to Unreal/Tournament. About a year and a half ago, my friend's introduced me to Crossfire. I was HOOKED on the game like none other. It easily beat some of my previous FPS games like Combat Arms, Warrock, etc (but not Blackshot; still my favorite FPS game of all time).
But right now, it's just starting to get bland. I just re-registered today and barely played. I dunno why, but now it just seems way different than when I used to play it. Hopefully this so called Zombie Mode will come out soon for us.
At the given moment, I am in a rough cycle between Soldier Front and Crossfire. -

played runescape for 3 months or so. Then I played gunZ for about 5 years (from 8 to 13.) then I got into guildwars for 2 years and forgot my account name (lol) and around febuary I found crossfire and have been here since.
Of course those are just the games I've played for a long time. A real list would be giant. First fps I ever played would have been dawn of the dead for the dreamcast xd (not counting golden finger from n64.) -
1) Eudemons online. (made by the same people who made conquer. spent almost 2 years on it. LOTS of Drama, made great friends.)
2) RuneScape. (BEST mmorpg i played that i actually like.)
3) Combat Arms. (Still pretty cool. Can't play it though. I quit back when there was that running through walls glitch.)
4) WarRock. (Could never really get into it.)
5) Conquer. (Another EO, quit after lv30 ninja.)
6) CrossFire (Makes me want to quit everyday.)
Aaaaaand, i'll probably be going to either, A.V.A, KOS, Or OP7 once i get my new OS.
Unless Z8 does something about hacks. -

yeah i tried AVA and KOS,well first off neither have that facedpaceness if thats even a word..that CF has,plus in KOS it too easy to kill.it's literally just like the song Click Click Boom "Dead" lol
