CF INstallation Error

MM am getting this error on the installation Window and its says It Cant Install The game cause the file Rez19 is corrupted and so are alot of em what can i do?

Completely delete the crossfire installation and download it from another mirror.

If the standart Mirrors dont work for you, try it with these Mirrors:

Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.des and gameguard.mon files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation.
If your runing Windows Vista / Windows 7, run the Setup and the Gamestart later as Administrator.
