Well, I have completed quite a few surveys. I should have well over 5k ZP from Super Rewards. And I KNOW I completed them because I have all of the junk downloaded and i'm getting spam from them.

I have not received any ZP from them so... What do I do?

I have received 2k zp from BGM surveys but even they are inconsistent in giving rewards.

Please help..

Some just dont work apparently man it says somewhere that z8 games is not held responsible for not receiving zp somewhere too.....

i'm sending "inquiries" to super rewards..

but they are not getting back to me..

definitely getting spam and spyware though.

just take a screenshot of the ending and send it in to them they always respond within a min

and how long should it take to get around 8k zp?

meh it took me 10days to get 20k of zp course i only spent like 10mins every other day

just like somone said above take screenshots of the final steps page
click the did not recieve function youll get a message in your mail after 10-20 mins
click the blue link again and this time youll have to wait a day but customer assistance will look and award you

Sometimes the reward won't give it them their selves.
You have to take screen shots of the last page to receive the price by customer service.

I noticed you guys do alot of the quizzes.

It NEVER let's me finish without putting in my mobile number and i don't want to be billed 10$.

Is there any way around this?

and in what form do you send the pictures to customer service?

sometimes i never get to the end and the progress thing is only at half so i just fill out the rest using paint

Yes.

I always do the free ones.

It constantly tells me they are "proccessing my results"
and tries to force me to fill out more.
usually a cell phone number.
I press "skip" and it takes me to another one.

if your doing the free surveys then all you need do do is fill out the first page that says name/number crap like that with whatever you want
the rest just either skip or say no to
when you come to the big list of yes/no surveys just hit no for all and yes for the last one
do this maybe twice will get you to the final steps page
screenshot it and send it into customer support youll get your zp's within 24 hours normally
