New to game and LFT

Fairly new to the game and looking for a team that can teach me more about this game. I'm a decent player in public matches but I want to improve in the more competitive aspect of the game. Not a clan hopper (left my first clan because they were too large and basically played all the games like a public match). Don't flame me too much.
