M14EBR Functioning Incorrectly

I won a M14EBR a week or two before the Halloween patch. Seemed like an awesone gun, was racking up good scores with it. Immediately after the patch, an issue developed when I use the gun. As soon as my character has the gun in hand, my game play changes cramatically. It is as if my sensitivity goes off the charts and I cannot control the gun. If I drop it, or change to knife, the visuals revert to normal. This occurs with my M14EBR or any that I might pick up in-game. This does not occur with any other weapons. I have deleted and reinstalled Crossfire to no avail. I have submitted a support ticket, but no answer for a couple of weeks. Need help here. I have a gun that cost real money and I want to use it. Anyone here about an issue like this and what to do?

Hmm... are you sure you didn't accidentally turn up your mouse sensitivity while using it?

i would suggest tweaking your in game graphics settings and see if that has any effect, other than that i can't think of any way around it.
