Ping

Hey guys. So, ever since that last patch, my ping in any east servers have gone from 100 to 150. I thought it was my internet, but my ping in south and west servers are the same. Still 80 in south server and 25 in west. Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, it occassionaly goes back down to 100 on some random days, but stays at a constant 150 on most other days. It is getting annoying Any help would be great
