How do i make Avg Free 9.0 compatible with crossfire because i took Avg off my computer and now crossfire works which is great but i need virus protection anyone know how to make it so it works even when i have Avg free on.

P.s Crossfire worked with Avg Free 8.5 dunoo why not Avg free 9.0 ? meh

Try to add a Exception into your Antivirus program.
If you dont know how, open your AVG -> Tools -> Settings -> Resident Protection -> Add a Exception.
Add then Crossfire.exe, cf_patcher.exe, gameguard.des and gameguard.mon files to these Exception rules and try to start it again.
If you got Windows VIsta / Windows 7, run the Gamestart as Administrator.
