Data transmission not stable

Whenever i try to log into Crossfire i get that message along with it saying that i should try again. I tried three times already. I was playing the past three days without any problem. I haven't changed anything. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Check, if your Connection to the Internet is pluged in right and check, if the cable is properly pluged in on your Modem.
If your runing a Wireless Connection, make sure, you got a good Connectivity Rate from your Modem.
