Crossfire crashes

ok i pwn on crossfire and i started out with the mp7a1 and worked my way up to the famas but now when ever i go to a game and its loading the game crashed but is didnt do anything the screen resolution is messed up and when i go back to the launcher and press play it doesnt do anything! plz help i really want to get back in the game. and i tryed to reinstall the game but is says error! i really want the game again!
