how many crates is needed to win the pancorhackjammer?

i have spinned 600 crates on it and i cant win it, i still have 280 left.i have won 2 shovel and 2 gatling gun(they appeared at every spin i did!) the pancorhackjammer only appeared twice in 600 spins!

It is random. Some people win it in one crate, some people win it after 1000 crates opened.
