Nope, Cross Fire does work on windows 7 but nProtect GameGuard needs to be updated because the issue is from there side.
I tried to contact them several times but nothing seems to work, they didn't reply on any of my tickets. -

Yeah go to www.utorrent.com

Try that ^ -
I just recently put windows 7 on my laptop (64bit). When i go to play crossfire, the main menu is fine (window mode)...then when I enter a game...the sides are cut off. This is extremely annoying because everything is shrunk, and it's horrible for gameplay....anyone know a solution?

Log into game - go to options - video and change the screen resolution to a widescreen one.
I have windows7 32bit running the latest version without this problem and i thought it was solved ???
All i can think of is makesure your directx is upto date and becarefull with nvidia driver packages as some of the new ones make the game windowed top left of screen.
Apart from that it should work unless your anti-virus detected viruses as it downloaded it and so the download is corrupt ? This seems to happen quite a bit to different people.
