Erl files! Makes me mad!

This happens every time i play crossfire. i finish a game the screen goes black all i see is the words.. then it shuts down.. after i try to reload the game it has a pop up box i click ok then it tell me to send erl files? huh?.. so i click send (1 min later) it says that it cant be sent so i try the email address they give me .. its not available. and this happens after 2 or 3 games.. i don't hack so i dont know why these stuff happen to the good ppl Plz could someone help out with this prblem thank you!

Try to reinstall your Game by using the Alternative Download Mirrors from the Website.
When these dont work for you, try it with these Mirrors:

Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, Gameguard.mon and Gameguard.des files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation.
If you got Windows Vista / Windows 7, run the Setup and Gamestart later as Administrator.

yea ive tried all that too. reinstalling even cleaning defraging anything i could try enable it threw my fire wall ive tried all that and still nothing works.. this would have been i think the 12 time i would have reinstalled crossfire and still nothing

Try when you uninstall crossfire go to where you have installed it before and delete the files and go to "My Documents" and delete the file called crossfire.

If you have XP then the first file will be in:
C:\Program Files\Crossfire
or
C:\Program Files\Z8 Games\Crossfire
and the other file would be at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Anwar\My Documents\Cross Fire

The black Screen Issue is a known Bug, where the Developers are working on a Solution.
Wait for the next few patches, that should fix that Issue hopefully
Also if that happens, close all Crossfire and Gameguard processes in the task Manager, wait 5 minutes and try it then again, maybe its working then again.

Not next few patches, i have a feeling it's gonna be solved really soon.
