as for people saying that its 4-5 hours updating and no new content, well think of it like this would you rather the game be patched with new content and EVER MORE bugs on the servers ?

they're obviously doing server side maintenance preparing for the new patch and improving the servers generally but not all of this is so simple when your actually handling the servers yourselves so please for the love of god grow a brain-cell.

For the last time, this wasn't meant to be a content patch. What was coming was clearly told to you in the first post, server upgrades, which were needed to be done without players on the server.

Yup, I share your frustration.
Problem is that the 'upgrades', 'maintenance' haven't really delivered. Granted I saw a 30 ms drop in latency - still have 45 ms to go though, and registration has only improved marginally.
If Z8 only update servers and don't update network infrastructure then based on the changes the game has gone through over the last 2 years its not surprising performance is sub-optimal.

lol I've played these ROM-USA guys before it was a year ago I think, and yes they were hacking, their leader Shelby was shooting through walls. I reported them and provided a replay as well. But nothing happened to them..

Cool update, bro. Now I DC from 1/4 games, get booted when I jump off of boxes, get error 24_[insert random integer here] all the time, STILL get shot through walls, STILL lag when people join the game or spam, and get a brand new "Connection Timed Out" message.

Keep up the good work.
