Why can't i get my USP!!!!

Well i think there busy cause it says exactly this.

To fix this error, please set your Connect URL in the application settings editor. Once it has been set, users will be redirect to that URL instead of this page after logging in.

and it has been like 1 week and i still can't. (Also i don't know how to connect URL in the application setting editor).

Send a support ticket with a screenshot that you have the CF Facebook page favorited and explain the issue.

I am also getting this error with my alternate account.
