How did you find your perfect mouse sensitivity?

i change my sensitivity every day, cuz i dont know which one is the best for me

Please help me, and explain me how u found ur perfect sensitivity.

I got a gamer mouse with the options 450 900 1800 3500 dpi

and of the ingame sens.
