Suggestion about servers, channels and vote system

This my first time to post a thread here. I'd like to suggest something about servers, channels and vote system in crossfire. As a skilled gamer(not that good just compared to new players), I always got kicked by those new players. They think I hack, so they kick me. I can hardly complete a game, then I cannot get exp and level up. Its like played for nothing, kinda wasting of time.

For servers, there are only two staff sergeant or higher servers for NA players. From Alpha to F server, there is only one staff sergeant or higher server but five trainee or higher servers. is that necessary to set five trainee server? Why not set more servers like master sergeant~higher or SECOND LIEUTENANT~higher servers. The good thing here is players whose skills or ranks at same level can play together. Then skilled players wont complain much about hacks coz most of hackers are at low ranks, and also they wont complain new player keep kicking them. New players wont complain skilled players beat them so hard coz it seems like hackers to them.

For channels, its kinda mixed up with too many different modes. Its hard to find a room for the mode you want to play. Why not set several channels where players can only create a room for same modes like SD channel, GM channel, MM&HM channel, TD channel and so on. It would be easier for player to find a room.

For vote system, I dont know what should be changed, but its too easy to kick ppl who do nothing wrong just like me. Sometimes, im so angry. You know why? coz I voted a hacker, they pressed F12, then hacker voted me, i got kicked. It was like wth?

Today, I've played about 2 hours, and i only got about 400 exp. The reason I've already said before.

So plz think about what i suggest, plz take care of players always support you guys, crossfire and Z8Games.

OT: These ideas are pretty great except the part on requirements of ranks.

1. High rankers do hack
2. Where are all the farmers going to play? (Anyone who knows me should know I didn't farm, so I'm not defending farmers).
3. Even if they're high ranks, they'll kick you for being too good and or mini ping.

The channel idea is really nice. It'd make stuff more organized and easier. 3 ZM, 2 TD, 1 SnD, 1 EM, 1 GM, and 2 for MM/HM.

I like the channel idea too, but we would lose the functionality of the Host being able to switch game modes...but, I hate it when they switch anyways.

Funny how I get kicked by high-rank servers like UK4 more than I get kicked out of other servers. The thing is that, high rankers, don't expect death to be a normal thing to them, so whenever they die, they rage at you and QQ. And if they got friend/clan mates on the other team you get kicked right away.

First server idea is nice, only surprisingly they think they're better than everyone because they're 'high levels' so they feel you can only be beaten by hacks.

Second idea, I like. Or even something like quick find, but not join. Which works exactly the same except it hides the other games that don't match your query.

Definitely some good ideas, but there are always hackers hiding within the officer ranks as well as farmers, so when those farmers fail.... kick votes are initiated But not bad. Definitely weeds out most of the low lives in the game.
