Please READ Z8. What happened to Crossfire?

I'm sorry but I must say something now. Since z8games took over I've had legit clan members get suspended or banned. I have had problems of getting disconnected and computer freezing more and more. I also think the "free survey" is a good idea but come on why don't I get ZP. All i get is spam mail now. I've heard talks that z8games sell ha.cks to websites, such as this VIP hack. I used my ZP miles to "purchase" ak silver because it had +8 bullets. Which discouraged me to save coupons for ak gold. So i purchased custom and shovel with coupons. ya it's 3 extra bullets but i feel like since u had it up for awhile, why can't we not have these errors. the new guns also don't feel/shoot the same as guns did before.

Now I like playing crossfire but I don't think I can spend more money on a product that rips us off. Please if selling ha.cks is true please stop. I like the idea of a social gaming network/community. I like playing with my clan and the legit players out there. Just becomes irritating when I'm having a good game and have to defend myself that i don't ha.ck! Members of my clan have got into heated arguments with people cuz they are defending themselves. These clan members I'm talking about have been suspended for chat violations.

I just don't understand why you don't want this product to be legit and not have these problems. Can we please start a toll free number to call about problems. Can we work on ways to kick ha.ckers from game all together. Cuz the social atmosphere in game needs to be changed for in my opinion to have your games and product to be successful you need to address these issues.

Laggers ruin every game online i understand but can't we put in the next patch a program that kicks people with a sustained ping of 200+ for 2min be removed from game.

Since I consider this a social gaming network/community can we try to get a better communication system. One that allows us to see friends online and not have to scroll threw a 100 names. ....AND all i want for Christmas is a crossfire voice chat system or an official voice chat program.

Black Market: Is it possible to not have it not seem like your getting ripped off. Can we get more crates to chose from. More ZP and GP crates. Maybe item specific crates.

PS The switch did nothing to the game JUST the site but atleast they are banning peopl!!! (Yay.) And more crates will come SOOn just wait!

u make it sound like lagging is just as bad as ha.ck.ing. evryone will lag. u cant just kick them cuz they got a slow comp

but i agree to everything thats been said

although i dont think z8 are selling hacks......

there are more hackers than legit players

clan server just epically fails

there are more bugs then ever

the forum login just FAILS

i know z8 are busy with stuff like that new antihack system but seriously... they need to get their act together... the developers need to sort it out... its actually a pis.stake

unfortunately i love this game but i dunno if i can stand the failures anymore

and its the coding on the login
it logs you out randomly and kicks you off the forums

I have noticed a problem, don't know if I should blame Z8 though, maybe Gameguard, maybe G4 Box. Who knows, but someone needs to fix it. And yes I filled out a super survey completely legit and got nothing but texts wasting my money. No ZP. I reported a guy who admitted to me he was hacking (want the replay i will send it to you) and he didn't get banned lol. He runs around a corner, stops at the wooden box in Eagle Eye next to A, shoots box, gets a kill (i watched in 1st person). And no one was on his screen; chams, and no ban xD

And the disconnetcting is about to make me quit. I DC anywhere from 5-10 times per day, i mean wtf! The lag is impossible. Idk but it's getting old to me.
