Talking About The Steyr AUG A1

Just saying, the other day I was considering to get the Steyr AUG A1 (if only it resembles my country's F88 Austeyr) so I sold my SPAS12 and P228 to get it. I have got it and made an awesome amount of killing with it. The accuracy is so good, the rate of fire makes it good to spray with like an SMG, it's got controllable recoil and when fired from a crouch is just as good as a sniper rifle. Plus it's got the scope if you need it. So what's your opinions on this gun?

I got the C version, but I never use it. I can't really get used to it. I prefer anything in the M4 region.

I like it but sound and look as a BIG impact on how I play thats why I just turn my sound off I like the gun alot BUT! I hate the reload -_-

The AUG is a good gun because it has good accuracy and grate at long distance. It is also really good to get head shots with he AUG.
However, the AUG is not the best gun to rush with and its reload time is not the best and i dont like the spray pattern too.

I think the AUG is a great weapon, especially if you like Accuracy over power.

I always found it to be the opposite to an AK47. AK47 is powerful, Steyr AUG A1 is weak. Steyr AUG A1 has low recoil, AK47 has high recoil. Steyr AUG A1 is best at long range, AK47 is best at short range. Steyr AUG A1 has a long reload time, AK47 has a short reload time. So those of you who don't like the AK47 should get the Steyr AUG A1 (or the nooby SCAR Light). It's everything the AK47 is not.

I bought an AUG and i love it, it find it a buit hard to use as a primary, because mid range can be difficult, but i equip it in my sniper bag and BOOM HEADSHOT! its great, even though it takes about 5 shots for a kill(without headshot) it messes up the sniper trying to pick me off so they dont often kill me. It's a great gun for sniping and spraying, i also prefer and M4 but few can beat me if im sniping.

Its a pretty ok-ish gun. I'd choose the M4 family any day however.

the gun must have some good pros since they made a camo version of it and it costs the same amount of coupons as the m4 custom.

The A1 Camo is awesome. More power, a larger magazine, a faster rate of fire (unsure?) and a much quicker reload time. It indeed is a formidable foe for the M4A1 Custom.

All I know is that since I bought it I've done much better, it has a permanent place in my first bag.

The m4 is more well-rounded than the AUG, but for long range, I prefer the AUG over m4.

i Love this gun.i always üwn the snipers cuz its not heavy like a sniper.its a headshot machine. recoil is controllable and accuracy is .. just wow . alrounder PLUS it has the scope. very helpful from far range. like i said i luv it

Its an awesome gun because it is accurate. Some people here say that its "underpowered" and it is, but not THAT much, and this gun was designed for getting headshots

I give the Steyr AUG A1 an 8/10 because of reload time (its reallllllly looong!!!)
I give the Steyr AUG A1 Camo a 9/10 because it has a faster reload time than the regular AUG
