What does oL mean?

I don't know if it's oL or ol or whatever but I sometimes see it in their names in game and sometimes in people's location in their forum information.

Kinda been wondering for a pretty long time Someone wanna tell me?

It means on lan, however i doubt 90% of the people who have that in their name have played a lan.

Not that its relevant, since onLAN refers to people Bruce generally approves of and who he would like to LAN with, not some virtual medal for attending a LAN.

My "real" is to distinguish between real oL and the countless randoms who doesn't actually belong to our little group, yet use the tag.
