My own 2 cents: check the login ID, that is the Username that you would input when entering a Username and Password (same as ingame).

I would list this one under Account then Account Administration.

But probably that is where the problem is steming from, so I would recommend to backtracking to Crossfire then Technical Support. List again the problem, including the fact that the Login ID you input (which would be the same one that you made a thread about).

Let them know that you are unable to proceed under the normal channels of procedure and are requesting some help over the matter.
