Hacking or cheating program

When I try to start the game an error message pops up telling me to close hacking programs, but im not using any. I also tried running it as admin, i tried turning firewall off and nothing seemed to help. If any of you wanted to know the error code its 02-0400-00000000-522. If you guys could help out that would be great. Thanks.
