They are mods, its upto them if your calsing issues with other forum users and should be banned,

for the most part bans are only for like 5 days. Getting perm banned is very rare and a 5 day ban is just a slap on the wrist to tell you to Eff off.

Abusivebear, you aren't a forumer. If everyone was actually infracted based entirely on the rules you would be gone by down. Do you have any idea how many times you have posted in series? You almost posted 4 times in a row in the last page.

The forums would be even more of a ghost town than they already are. The forums have operated on a set basis. People that need to be infracted are infracted. Yes, sometimes an infraction isn't handed out where the rules dictate it should be because the post was borderline, but if that same person does something that is clearly, and undeniably against the rules the infraction is handed down regardless of whether you are friends with the moderator or not.

I literally spend hours talking to Giggletron and Rory on mumble, both have infracted me multiple times in the past.

uhm who are you to decide who is and isnt a "forumer". im entitled to this forums as are you.i understand some of this but you dont have the facts .you dont have the pm's im getting about his behavior from his own peers so you dont have much other then an opinion to go on .

I never said it publically and youre taking it out of context.
Heres the EXACT quote of what I said

That was the context. It wasnt even aimed at anyone in specific
