lagging in lobby

hi can any tell me why i lagg in the lobby after 9 am nz time it works fine before that untill 9am nz time then frezzes in lobby takes 5 minutes to get in a game i never use to have this problem its only started happning latley its not a fun game when you have to restart every game help me plz!!!!

That might be cause thats the Time, when the most players are online. That causes the most traffic to the Server and the Server might lag a bit.
Its the same for your pings in that time.
