problem when I would load cross fire on a xp PC

hi I have a problem.
when i would load cross fire on a xp PC can i press on "Start Game" after that comes this symbol:



when this symbol is here it's doesn't go away and start cross fire

Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, CF_Patcher.exe, Gameguard.des and Gameguard.mon files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation.
(If these Error persists, add a Exception into your Antivirus Program)
