Disconnected or game crash!

i like crossfire very much in fact it is one of the best games there is of fps but what the most anoying is he Disconnected or game crash can z8games figure this problem please because some of the times i realy own in the game and suddenly the game crash or i want to do a clan match and the game starts and i have a disconect i realy hate this pls answers! and you're own opinion!
